  • Risk Analysis & Safety Requirements: HAZOP, Risk Graph, LOPA, protection layers, and Safety Requirements Specification (SRS)
  • Design & Implementation: SIF architectures, SIL calculations (PFDavg, MTTFS), and real-world examples
  • Operation & Maintenance: Proof testing, bypass management, maintenance, modifications, and Functional Safety Assessments (FSA).
  • Final Review: Key concept reinforcement.
